Product Manager
Mittanbud Marketplaces is hiring a Product Manager
Mittanbud Marketplaces is looking for an experienced Product Manager to help shape, build, and evolve the core systems that power the leading marketplaces for home services in the Nordics. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working closely with both users and engineers, balancing day-to-day execution with long-term product thinking, and turning good ideas into the right priorities.
You will be part of the product team, reporting to the Product Lead, and working in close collaboration with the Engineering Manager and developers on the CRM/Admin team. Your focus will be on the internal systems used daily by sales, customer support, and operations — systems that are business-critical, complex, and continuously evolving.
You’ll work with strong brands like Mittanbud, Servicefinder, Remppatori and 3byggetilbud, contributing to a shared platform serving users across four countries.
About the position
This is an on-site position based in our Oslo office at Tøyen. While we offer flexibility for hybrid work, we strongly value close collaboration and believe the best product work happens when people spend time together where decisions are made.
You will be one of several Product Managers at Mittanbud Marketplaces, each responsible for a dedicated product area. In this role, you will own the roadmap and priorities for the CRM/Admin domain, while aligning with overall company strategy and presenting the roadmap to the leadership group for approval.
What you’ll work on
- Own the product roadmap and priorities for the CRM/Admin team
- Act as the main intake point for feature requests, improvements, bugs, and issues from sales, customer support, operations, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with developers and the Engineering Manager to scope work, assess effort, and plan delivery
- Follow initiatives from idea through implementation, release, and adoption
- Balance short-term needs (bugs, operational issues, urgent improvements) with long-term product strategy
- Define problems, write clear requirements, and ensure the team understands why things are being built
- Help internal teams succeed through product training, documentation, and clear communication around changes and releases
- Communicate progress, tradeoffs, and prioritization decisions clearly across the organization
- Continuously improve how the product supports internal workflows and scales with the business
